AnswerOne Receives The "Award of Excellence"
We are proud to announce that AnswerOne has been honored with
the 2007 “Award of Excellence” by the Association of TeleServices
International (ATSI), the industry’s trade association for tele-
comunication companies.
The ATSI Award of Excellence program is a quality control
assessment of telemessaging call centers. Its rigorous rating
system measures over 400 data points relating to courtesy, etiquette,
response time and proper call techniques. To qualify for this award
(the most coveted in the industry) a call center must score 80% in
every category during six months of intensive surprise tests
conducted by a panel of independent judges.
AnswerOne was the only Service in the New York
metropolitan area to achieve this distinction.

Convention held at the Antlers Hilton Hotel, Colorado Springs, CO.
