

| At AnswerOne our operators answer calls from state-of-the-art computerized workstations. As soon as your line rings a screen appears with your company name and pertinent information. One of our operators then answers your line with your name, the name of your company and a warm greeting. Instructions on the screen let the operator know what information they are to obtain from your caller, and what if any information they are to give out. Instructions also appear to tell the operator how you want your message delivered (phone, pager, text message, email or fax) and when you want your message delivered (every call, emergency calls, once a day, twice a day, etc) All calls coming in on your line are also voice recorded to protect you from any "he said, she said" misunderstandings. We retain these recordings for 30-days, and we offer an option for storing your recordings for two years - the statute of limitations on most law suits. |
